Terms & Conditions
A. Scope of Services
By engaging with SBMP Solutions, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the formal Consulting Agreement. All services—including consulting sessions, digital programs, and workshops—are delivered under mutually agreed-upon terms and scope.

Services are not automatically recurring; each engagement must be initiated and confirmed in writing.

Consulting deliverables, including strategic plans, frameworks, and analyses, are tailored specifically for the Client and not transferrable.

SBMP MES program access is granted to one individual per license and must not be shared or duplicated.
B. Ownership & Usage of Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials developed by SBMP—including reports, methodologies, program content, frameworks, and tools—remain the exclusive intellectual property of SBMP Solutions.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for internal business use.

Unauthorized copying, resale, public sharing, or use of materials for commercial training purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any violation will result in immediate suspension of services and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
C. Service Limitations & Client Responsibilities

SBMP is not liable for business decisions made by the Client based on recommendations provided, unless explicitly stated in a performance-based agreement.

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate data, timely access, and active cooperation during the service engagement.

SBMP Solutions reserves the right to modify service offerings or delivery format if unforeseen circumstances arise, with prior notice to the Client.
Privacy Policy
A. Collection & Use of Information
SBMP collects only the essential personal and business information necessary to provide high-quality consulting and educational services. This may include:

Name, contact information, company name, and role

Business documents and strategic materials (under NDA where applicable)

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs can evolve. However, due to the nature of our services and the proprietary content involved, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.
A. Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated or planning work has commenced.

Cancellations made prior to commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 20% administrative fee.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@mesonline.online and will be reviewed within 14 business days.
B. Service Adjustments & Transfers

Program access is non-transferable. Transfer requests due to medical or legal emergency will be reviewed case by case.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All legal matters, claims, or disputes arising from SBMP services are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through discussion or mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Any unresolved disputes shall be brought to courts within Kuala Lumpur jurisdiction unless otherwise mutually agreed.
